Last Appointment/Late Pick Up
We Take our last appointment at 2:00 PM and close at 4:30 PM. If you pick your pet up after closing, we charge an afterhours fee at the rate of $15 for every 15 minutes past closing.
Cancelation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call us 1 business day before your scheduled appointment. We do not accept voice mail or email as a form of cancelation. If you cancel the same day of your appointment or fail to show up, we will charge a $25 cancelation fee.
Boarding Fees
We are a small shop with limited kennel space which is why after completion of the grooming we allow up to 1 hour for you to pick up your pet. After the 1-hour pick up window we charge a $25 boarding fee per pet.
Late Policy
It is important to us and our clients to complete our services in a timely manor, that is why we implement a 20 minute late policy. If you are 20 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, we will have to reschedule your appointment. A cancelation fee will also be applied to your next appointment.
Touch Up Policy
After completion of your appointment and if you are unhappy with the service or style of haircut we provided, we would be more than happy to do a touch up service within 48 hours of your appointment. After 48 hours you will have to schedule a new service and pay the full-service price.
